●Are your products all MADE IN JAPAN?

Yes.  All the products on this website are "MADE IN JAPAN". 

They are all from reliable Japanese suppliers and each product has a label which shows "MADE IN JAPAN". 


●Does yukata/kimono have a sash belt?

Yes. Each yukata, kimono, robe has a sash belt.

It is made of the same fabric as the product.

If you would like a different colored sash and add an accent,

please go to  ---> Kimono Goods -Accessories-. 

We have some colored sash belts.


●Which size fits me?

The size (e.g. 56in, 42in) shows the length of the product.

●Are kimono/yukata washable?

Yes, they are of course washable.

Although you can machine-wash most products, some products are sensitive and better to hand-wash/dry-cleaning.

Washing instructions are different for each product.

Please follow the Washing instructions on the care tag sewn inside the product.


●Can you make shipment to my country?

We make shipment to many countries worldwide.  

You can check it before you confirm your order.  Please choose the product and "add to cart" and "checkout".

 When you process your order on "STEP1" to fill in your address, if you can choose your country from the list on "COUNTRY", we can make shipment to you. 


●How much is the shipping cost? 

We offer "FREE shipping" for the order over US$40.00.
When you go forward to the "STEP 4", you can check the shipping cost as well as the total amount before you confirm your order.


●How many days does it take to receive the order? 

We do our best for speedy shipping.

We make shipment within 1-3 working days after we confirm your order and the payment. 

Please refer to ---> "Delivery time"  which shows the approximate delivery days

from Japan to the airport in your country.  

After the custom clearance in your country, it will be delivered to you.

Please note that the delivery days depends on the custom clearance and the traffic/weather conditions in your country.

If you need the delivery by a certain date, we recommend you to place the order well in advance before the date.

Please note that we do not guarantee the delivery days.


●I have not received my order yet.

In case you do not receive within 2weeks (working days) after you place your order

and make payment, please let us know by e-mail with your “Order No.” from

  ---> "Inquiry Form".

We would be happy to ask Japanese post office to investigate the shipping status and let you know.


●Can you do "Gift wrapping"?

We can pack your order into a gift-nylon bag with a ribbon sticker with additional cost.

Please choose "Gift wrapping" on STEP2.


●Can you exchange the item?  It is not the size/color which I expected.

We basically do not accept the return for the dissatisfaction with size and color.

Regarding the photos on our website, our staff member take them, not professional photographer.

Therefore, they may not be good enough and may give you a slight different impression.

We appreciate your kind understanding.


Please feel free to ask any questions on our products from "inquiry form"before you confirm your order.

We of course would send the replacement or make full refund in case the product is defective.


●I was away for a few weeks.  

The retention period in post office was expired and the package was sent back to Japan.

Is it possible that you send my order again?

Please contact us by email in that case.

Kindly note that we ask you for the reshipping cost to resend the package which is sent back to us due to the customer's reason.

Our shop staff members have days off on Weekends and Japanese National Holidays.
You can place orders or make inquiries at any time on the website. All orders and inquiries made during weekends and Japanese holidays will be shipped or replied after the weekends/holidays at our earliest.
