□ The price is shown on the website for each item.
□ We offer "FREE shipping" for the order over US$40.00.
When you go forward to the "STEP 4", you can check the shipping cost as well as the total amount before you confirm your order.
□The price on this website does not include tax.
・shipment outside Japan---Import duty/tax may be applied to recieve your order in your country. Please pay for it according to the law in your country.
All costs to recieve the order in the destination country is the responsibility of the purchaser.
・shipment inside Japan---The consumption tax is necessary for the shipment inside Japan according to Japanese law. It is automatically calculated when you place the order.

□We make shipment after we confirm your payment.
|How to Order||
□Please choose the product and add it to the shopping cart.
□And proceed with the order according to the instruction on our website.
□We make shipment from Japan within 1-3 working days upon the confirmation of your order and the payment.
□We do not guarantee the delivery days as it mainly depends on the custom clearance/the traffic and weather conditions in the destination country.
・outside Japan--->by DHL or EMS (Express Mail Service by Japanese post)
It usually reaches in about 4days to the airport all over the world from Japan. It takes some more days for the custom clearance and the delivery. It depends on the situation of the destination. (custom clearance/traffic conditions/weather conditions)
・ inside Japan--->by express courier service
It usually reaches you within 2days after the shipment.
□In case that the item is out of stock and it takes time for the shipment, we will let you know by email.

□In case that the you find the item defective, please contact us by email email@example.com within 7days after the reciept.
We will send you the replacement immediately. If the item is out of stock, we will make the immediate refund.
□We do not accept the cancellations and the order changes after the shipment.

□The package is sent back to Japan after the certain retention period if customer do not receive the package or do not arrange the reciept inspite of the notification from DHL or EMS.

・The package which is sent back to us due to the customer's reason is not automatically re-shipped.
・The re-shipping cost is necessary to re-ship the package which is sent back to us due to the customer's reason.
