|How to Order||
Please choose the product and add it to the shopping cart.
And proceed with the order according to the instruction on our website.
・We make shipment from Japan within 1-3 working days upon the confirmation of your order and the payment.

inside Japan ---> by express delivery service
・The order for overseas usually reaches you in about 4-10days after the shipment.
・Delivery days depends on the country and also on the custom clearance/the traffic and weather conditions.
・The order inside Japan usually reaches you within 2days after the shipment.
・In case that your order is out of stock, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.

In case that you find the item defective,
please contact us by email within 7days after the reciept.
We will send you the replacement immediately.
If the stock is out, we will make the immediate refund.
We do not accept the returns when the case applies to any of following.
･ by the reason which arises from the customers' dissatisfaction with the design/color/size.
･ The damage caused by the customers' abuse or neglect.
･ When the item has already worn.
･ When customer do not contact us within 7days after the reciept.
The package is sent back to Japan after the certain retention period if customer do not receive the package or do not arrange the reciept inspite of the notification from EMS.
･ When you recieve the notification, please arrange the reciept according to the instruction by EMS.
･ The package which is sent back to us due to the customer's reason is not automatically re-shipped.
･ The re-shipping cost is necessary to re-ship the package which is sent back to us due to the customer's reason.
